Emmie Roe Stamell, RYT, C. Ay. has been practicing Yoga and meditation for 15 years and teaching for over a decade. She has extensive experience applying mindfulness techniques in corporate settings and as a component of executive coaching engagements. Emmie is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and continues to study with esteemed teachers from several Yoga and meditation traditions. Emmie is also an Ayurvedic practitioner and completed 2 years of study at The Ayurvedic Institute with renowned Ayurvedic physician, Dr. Vasant Lad. Additionally, she is a mental health counselor at a Boston-area psychiatric hospital where she offers mindfulness practices as an integral part of the healing process.
