Allison Abrams, LCSW is a mindfulness specialist who has been practicing meditation for over 15 years. She has studied extensively, attended numerous retreats and continues to study with renowned teachers across the country to deepen her practice.
With experience in the corporate world, she has a deep understanding of the need for mindfulness in the workplace which fuels her passion for bringing the practice to corporations and organizations. Allison is also a licensed psychotherapist in private practice where she implements mindfulness into her work with clients, as well facilitating mindfulness based support groups for a well-known non-profit organization. She is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
